I'm a bit confused at how you mount the headlight bracket to the CNC clamps.

There is a small threaded hole on the Cnc clamp you cannot reall see...

Bolt goes through headlight bracket, through a spacer, and screws into this threaded hole... The collars come with small spacers to offset the bracket from the forks..

Kinda hard to explain, but makes since when you see them

This mod address's one of the main things I dislike about the "new" monsters. Looks freakin awesome!

what kind of paint did you use on that oil cooler?  I want to do mine, but not sure if painting it will have an adverse affect on the cooling properties.

Hi temp spray paint... However, if I did it again, I would prep it much better, powdercoat It or go with ceramic coating

Be sure to use a coating that will transmit the heat, not insulate. Some coatings will act as an insulator.

There's a coating you can use which attracts heat away from the metal...  we use on engine internals and intake manifolds..

You can kind of find a "mouth" between the lower triple and the fender. The face it's making doesn't look happy, though. laughingdp

laughingdp ... I somehow see this...

I have the same lights. To me they seem to have a little less brightness than the stock one and the spread is also a little less.

That being said they are still really good headlights. They provide plenty of light. I also have a sneaking suspicious that I haven't adjusted mine correctly yet.
