Shitty cell phone pics, but I thought I'd share as I just got it bolted up Wednesday night.  I'll post better pics when someone with an actual camera snaps a few for me.  It's blue with champagne and silver stripes on the tank and tail.

'02 Bandit 1200S with 1216 kit and stage 3 jetting, Gixxer intake cam, aftermarket exhaust, OEM headers.  Before:

After:

(bolt holes now filled)

Nekkidification (removed fairings, etc.)   ;D
'91 Gixxer 1100 front end/triples (Traxxion fork cartridges; extensive chopping of the top triple)
Motogadget tach/speedo
relocated ignition
CRG Arrow mirrors
Gixxer/ZX-14 masters w/Pazzo levers
Rizoma reservoirs
Apex clip-ons
LSL headlight/brackets
Paaschbug-Wunderlich blinkers
Tail chop (ca. 6")
Hesa fiberglass tail
Gilles Tooling rearsets
Gilles Tooling axle adjusters/lifters
Metisse frame sliders
Shorai battery
Sport Classic Sport 1000 wire spoked wheels (aluminum rims)
1st generation B1200 Nissin calipers
Spiegler stainless brake/clutch lines
Custom front sprocket cover
Powerbronze hugger
Hindle stainless headers
Justbandits.com can
homemade muffler hanger (my first solo welding job), license plate bracket
Rotors and fuel tank cap from eBay (China)  :P
Various and sundry cosmetic tweeks

It weights almost 60lbs. less than stock, and the SC wheels/tubes are heavier than the OEM Suzuki wheels.  Alpinas next year?

I've not had it dynoed, but similar bikes make 120-130 hp at the wheel.  It is fun as hell to ride, rumbles at low rpm an howls like a banshee up top.   ;D

Great job on the customization!  The Bandit 1200 mill is an awesome motor to work with!

More or less.  After a few long phone calls to Dale Walker, I have dialed it in as best as I can.  After it warms up properly, it runs good enough that I dont think about it anymore.  It's plenty fast and handles pretty good.  I'm happy.

Great work!  I almost got a 1200 naked bandit but decided on the 620 as I was a beginner.  Very nice bikes!   [thumbsup]

any plans for that massive tail?

Do you have any of the take-off parts left?  Seat, can, etc.?

Meant to comment earlier...I like the body color side panels and did you "frost" the chrome accent on the covers?  I like the aluminum look as opposed to shiny chrome.

I sold a ton of stuff on maximum-suzuki.  I have the seat/tail section, grab rail and front wheel left.  All are for sale on MS.

I took steel wool to the "chrome" plastic filter covers and they look surprisingly like aluminum.

rdubandit, right?  Saw the tail section, but no seat.  If the seat itself is still available, PM me.

Nice!

The Bandit has always been a more reliable bike over the Monster too.  Just ask Lion!!  :-X
