I'd be seriously bent if that were the case, since a Ducati variant of the F800ST was what I'd really wanted when I bought my 796. I'd reasoned that, with the discontinuation of the ST's, Ducati had assumed no market existed and the the long-legged were simply content to ride GS/MTS-style bikes.

Not that I'm dissatisfied with my choice, but definitely a more relaxed bike with better wind protection on a 796 chassis would have rung my bell more!

Tank bag & tail bag.

Either a Monster ST package or a smaller ST bike that falls into the 800cc class.  It's possible there is a 796 designed to compete with the Tiger 800.

well it can only be a variation of the Monster since it's on the Monster site.

I truly think it's a Monster City or Monster Touring
Taller bars, luggage, etc.
