Maybe if they raised the toll to $68 for everyone they could collect huge fines from more people  BTW I meant to post this in NMC but I messed up and its here instead. Maybe someone will move it... |

yeah... a 50% increase in tolls on the bridges/tunnels is ridiculous. i cant think of any other govt agency or private company that could get away with that. and also, since i live right by the gwb, it hits me pretty hard :\ |

I get from PA to Queens everyday for 50 cents in tolls. It still can be done. |

Get off Staten Island without paying a toll. The Varrazano is now $13 cash, 9.60 EZ pass. The alternative would be to head out to Joisy and enter through a Hudson River crossing and pay only $12 cash, 9.50 peak 7.50 off peak EZ Pass plus wastes miles, fuel and time. |
