Yes, I do. It won't be free, but affordable.
You should be fine then.

Did you buy split or banked carbs?

Oh, missed your reply, sorry! Starting a business gets quite time consuming! I got the banked carbs. I was pretty torn, but ended up flipping a coin basically. It leaves the door open for future endeavors though...something funky with the intake runners.

Got all of the parts (main bearings came Friday) so I'm really pumped to start working on this. I need a few unrelated things to fall into place before I start into it though. Just don't have the time! I had a track day scheduled since Jan for April 25...that's my goal, but I won't be terribly surprised if I'm finally able to only get started around then. Please, cross your fingers!

On second thought, I did start. A few bearings are in the cases; some seals. One head is done. The other is cut and lapped, but not shimmed. But yeah....to me that seems a lot like "not started"

monsta

I have the 984 kit in the monsta. 5000 klm's on it now. Where did you get your 984 kit from? how much $ was it?
Cooling dosen't seem to be a problem and it gets hot here in Perth. Before the mod I was getting up to 80deg C now its up to 90deg C on a hot day. But.. the mods I did to help it....   Ceramic coated the piston crowns, head combustion chamber and exhaust ports to help keep heat out. Also coated the heads and Barrels with a heat dispersing coating.
The older 2V engines have a piston cooling oil jet that gets blocked for 180deg of rotation on the vertical head because of crank wheel. I modded it so that you get full 360deg. I didn't add another oil cooler but I also coated the old one with the heat dispersing coating.

I have the 210 veetwo cams and porting but I havn't got it on the dyno yet because i want to build another exhaust (the one on it is robbing power) when I get some free time.

Got the bike all put back together. Wow is this amazing. Only jetting changes I've done so far are raise needle one click and richer up the air. I may consider richening the air jet too....it leans out just a bit at higher rpm. Speaking of which, it pulls hard past 9000rpm now. Pretty fantastic.

My kit was 900 with cases machined. The rest of the build I did, but the case milling is a bit much.  Masured at the velocity stack nut on the horiz cyl, mine runs at 220F. I can deal with that I think

Oh most certainly am! What purpose does the Al block serve? I was planning to just route the two in series, as it appears you have. But that junction area....what's up there?

Thanks for the pic. That's going to be the plan.

Also...it seems like the exhaust valve cover is not like mine or your top one.

I've got a couple low-mount covers for coolers if need be...

All right. So I got to the dyno. Track this weekend. Sould be good.

I don't know what the compression is exactly, but somewhere between 12.5 and 13.2:1.    The cylinder is milled short .020" to bump it a decent bit, but I skipped the part where i directly measure.

Cliff's Notes--
984Kit: 96mm Pistons, 3 ring varient, 2mm cyl walls
Lightened, polished, knifed crank
Carillo Rods
AL Clutch hub, steel basket
YoYo light Flywheel
ST2 cams in "V" big valve heads
FCR41's banked on OE runners with K&N Pods (no box)
Fuel is 110LL fed by electric pump at 3.5psi
Ign Timing is max 37*
single oil cooler: running street temp < 175F

jetting came out as follows:

Main, 165
Needle on 5th, but I wish I had a few different tapers to try.
Fuel screw @ 1.5
200 main air
Slow air @ 2 1/2
Fuel level 9mm

91rwhp

I Forget the rest. If anyone really cares I can check for them gladly.

As far as temp, running hard on the street is about 180f. Cool. After shut down, creeps to 220f. I'll check back with track day temps.  This all with the single cooler still. And full fairings.

Very cool build. [thumbsup]
Must have a substantial torque curve.

2 pods right on the carbs.

Not sure on numbers for torque. We couldn't get a decent tap on rpm, so we just passed. Main effort was to ensure healthy a/f  so my graphs are just power and a/f to speed.
