anyone out there have someone that your forced to work with 8 hrs a day that you cant stand? I mean someone that literally makes you cringe every time they speak, just the sound of thier voice makes you jump. I work not 4 ft from a person like this all day, hes on my team. Small team only 4 of us. Why...oh what have i done to deserve this?

Been there, done that, you have my sympathy.
Thankfully, I left that crap in Cedar Rapids. I pray I'm not put in that situation again here (though it may be God's way of telling me if/when it's time to leave).

So...moving to another state can be confusing when you've never done it before. I have to change my license, change my plates, change my insurance. So much paperwork. So confusing.

Yes, when i moved here from california (shutup) it seemed like an endless stream of stuff to switch over. It will be over soon.
