I'm more concerned about that bike being on the lift just held by a rearstand.  :o

I see a chain. ???

I still see a belt.  We're talking' 'bout the Triumph on the lift on the last page, right?   ???  Wouldn't be the first time my eyes deceived me, but I see printing on it (the "belt") as well.

So is that a Vin or a Cent?
It's missing the bit in the middle, so it's a Vent.

Because there is no front wheel chock?
No modification goes unpunished. Memento mori.  Good people drink good beer.  Things happen pretty fast at high speeds.

It's all up to your will level, your thrill level and your skill level.  Everything else is just fluff.

Pretty much.
I've got WMC Handy lifts, and they have a very robust clamp for either front or rear wheel.
It's what I'm accustomed to using, I know I can tug pretty hard on the bike and it won't move.

I've had a few bikes slide on the rearstand due to the slope of the swingarm.
No big deal 'til he rear tire touches down, but then it can go pear-shaped very quickly.
