 I'm sorry, butt this just does not make sense to me. To many contradictory elements. This is a style exercise with no consideration for function.

Single cylinder, side valve.  Exhaust has a ball shaped chamber in it for some reason.  Chain driven 'thing' in front of the frame tube is likely a generator for the lighting.

Ah.  Ancient tech often looks like alien tech to me.  There were certainly some strange ideas going around at the beginning of the ICE age.
