I can't wait until Marquez gets on his level and makes Jorge trip on his tampon string.

C'mon now - you had to know that he made it. The guy can weld Ti like a champ - a few bits of steel will present no challenge.  ;D
-Throttle's on the right, so are the brakes.  Good luck.

Randy,
really, really high class work, makes my own feeble attempts in this direction seem generally embarassing.
I assume the quality comes not just from enthusiasm but also from a lot of professional experience (maybe the answer is in the monster frame thread, but I'm still working my way through that one...). The quality of those welds is a real joy to see [clap] [clap]

As I'm planning for a frame job of my own, but in steel tubing, I'd be interested in any hints about tube bending and tube end preparation (I think I've seen the expressions "fishmouthing" somewhere) you'd care to share.

I'll be following this very closely, for sure  [bow_down]
Monster 900-2002 (sold, alive and well in the UK), 749R / 1100 HYM combo for track days, wifes / my Monster Dark 800-2003 (not entirely "Dark" anymore and a personal favourite) , 50% of 900SSie -2000 track bike for rainy days-now with tuned ST2 motor and Microtec ECU. Also parked due to having been T-boned on track.

I'd be glad to help in any way. Shoot me an email if you want, stradafab@yahoo.com

I have just about all of the tubes tacked in:

Raux

is that going to be straight sport classic
or are you putting SS style rear suspension on it?

Randy@StradaFab

It's going to be a straight Sport Classic. I never even thought about a SS rear suspension....

So what sort of weight difference are you expecting with this frame?  What tube set are you using? Curious about the torsional/lateral rigidity compared to the stock steel frame.
And the sugar fountain fairy swore so hard when she came to super-size that stale hope soybean; liiiike a homeless German woman. Who is this super-sizing spirit-crushing femme? And tell her I'll break a tree root up in her shrimp.

Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw thatâ€"it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.
