550 Doesn't go to Telluride!
It does if you hang a left at Ridgeway.

Is somebody willing to look up a better lunch stop than the BBQ place in Durango. Maybe its just me but the food
has been going downhill quality wise.

Did some quick calculations to try figuring out gas/pit stops for our weekend:
ABQ to Telluride: 1. Espanola 84 miles 2. Chama 81 miles 3. Pagosa Springs 60 miles (lunch stop) 4. Durango 60 miles 5. Dolores 50 miles 6. Telluride 61 miles    total 380 miles 8hours incl. lunch stop

Rides

Telluride to Gateway via Ouray to meet with the CO crowd in the morning:
1. Ridgeway  60 miles 2. Naturita  60 miles 3. Gateway 52 miles   Total 350 miles length depending on Ouray stop

Telluride to Lake City
1. Montrose 66 miles 2. Gateview 80 miles 3. Lake City 21  miles.  Total 330 miles 8 hours incl. lunch stop

Ideas, suggestions and cheap shots welcome Grin

Joel just called and said he's on his way.  He plans to drive a few hours tonight so he'll be able to take his time a bit tomorrow and arrive Thursday afternoon.  He wondered if we want to do dinner or anything Thursday night as a group?
