It feels like the rosso are taller
Slower turn-in would suggest the new tire has less of a "V" shape than the last. Of course, a slower turn-in should actually make the bike feel more stable, not less like you indicated. I wonder if the new tires are actually more "V" shaped than before, and you're just having trouble describing the feeling of the bike wanting to fall into corners more than before.

Anyway...I thought they were good tires with plenty of grip.
