This is about the last anyone saw of that Rossi/Fiat R1 that day. He appears early on, uses the muscle to pass me but soon falls off pace when the directions start to change. Was the tail end of this session that it ran wide in the run up to the bridge, got in the dirt and wiped himself out (bikes probably totaled, rider unhurt). Brand new R1 bled out at the scene.

Sound quality is a bit crap - so turn it down.

How do I embed a video?!

In a computer browser you'd right click the video that'll pull up a little context menu and a option is copy URL for the video. Select, copy and paste in here. The board scripting does the rest.

It doesn't recognize this format.

Do you have any footage of me flailing about behind you, or am I just a little black spot on the horizon?

No, early/mid 30s - big guy, muscle big. 6'2" -3" I'd give him a good 220 - 230.

Joe, I'll have to check the clips that cut out part way through. I only got 3 full sessions - and one was from the day before. I have troubles with the SD card shaking loose.

I learned a lot more from this track day than the last time. The coaches were great, and watching the videos showed me things I need to work on. On every turn, Panda is out-accelerating me at the exits. Most of that is him holding better lines and getting on the gas sooner, but also bad gearing on my part. I noticed I was lugging the engine and should have downshifted another gear before entering the turns. I could close the gap a bit on the straights but that's all muscle and no skill.  I was also sitting on the bike too much because my legs weren't tired at the end of the day. Wish I could see some pics of myself to check body position, but I didn't get a chance to browse the photog's cd. Anyways, looking forward to getting back out there with you guys.  chug

If you're really interested in the photos, I'm sure they still have them - just tell them you were the guy in black leathers on the black bike  Grin

Seriously

- I bet you could get your pix, no problem.

I'll check the rest of the video I have - too bad I don't think any matches up to that segment you posted. Would be interesting to side-by-side chase and chaser video
