Molly & Syreena, the Italian mistresses

« on: September 29, 2013, 05:02:13 PM »

Took a quick ride today.  Didn't even leave the county (parish to some) that I live in.  Total mileage?  Maybe 50 miles.

Golf Course nearby:

Nearby Lake in the fog:

Swan Liftoff:

Along the Blue Ridge Parkway:

Color starting to show!

A couple local spots, right in the city limits!

Hope you enjoyed my little corner of the world!

Looks like heaven with asphalt,  that reminds me winter is one day closer, I'm gone today.

Thanks folks!  I need to get our more, hopefully once color season gets underway, I can find some nice scenery.  The Parkway will be a parking lot here in a couple weeks because of the leaf lookers

Thanks for sharing JM, always enjoy your scenery, not to mention your roads.
Amazing to see your foliage turning already, we're just reaching peak here in Northern VT.

These qualify as local, first is a few miles from home

Cool! Thanks for stopping to grab a few snaps of one of my favorite parts of the BRP. We are having a heat wave until the weekend and I was thinking of riding out to the top end of the BRP from ~ Mile 12 to Mile 30 to complete a nice loop on good VA roads, but that won't work if the NPS blocks the exits tomorrow... Might just ride out to the brewery in Nellysford anyway. Killer lunch!  drink
