He had gotten past his Whiskey and Blow for Breakfast habit and was kicking ass.
Never got to see him live.  >:(

I drive the 101 past the crash site about twice a week, and I know that area pretty well.

It's rugged enough that the pilot would have to search a bit to find a spot to land.
And the pilot's not going to want to admit defeat and land.
But still.

As soon as they open the road and the fans slack off, I'll go check it out.
