Firefox wierdness <solved>

My Firefox window suddenly has a 1" high white box at the bottom, full width, below the status bar.

There's a red carat (^) in the lower left corner.

How do I make it go away?

I can't even mess with the bottom of my firefox window. 

Shoot a screenshot to the firefox people... unless someone here can figure it out.
I solve my problems like an adult, at the strip club drinking on a work night.

My Firefox has been acting up too.  Just stalls & doesn't send/receive data.  Nothing like what you're talking about ~

I tried both a soft and a hard reboot, no love.

Reinstalled, and all is well.
