As for the decal, You must have liked it or you would not have considered it. Keep it, your opinion is the only one that matters....except mine.  Wink

bugger me!!    waytogo  waytogo

year ditch the pirelli sticker...  cheapens it!

I think you should have used the Cagiva font on the tank...  that was only used on about 3  years of monsters of which yours is one! An exclusive club!

Well thats my opinion... and everyone is entitled to my opinion!    Grin

Billet end caps before and after being turned down in a lathe for my Roadracing exhaust:

Oh, I don't have any problem when it comes to insecurity over my own opinions and tastes Grin. But the decal is something I was truly on the fence over so I thought I'd kick it out there. Same thing with the brake hose choice I need to make since I've decided I can't live with these sillymake the beast with two backs too-long ones. Go bold with red or gold, or safe with black/clear/or smoke/titanium. Just fun to get another opinion, especially with the amount of talent on this board.

........ and not have to obsess over it too much for now.

Good luck  laughingdp  Next, you're going to say "it's done"?  laughingdp laughingdp laughingdp

......
Oh and the tail light is a Vizi-Tec Hsi, and the master cylinders are genuine Brembo, NOT Brombo  laughingdp. The light is another thing I'm anxious about...can't wait to test it, and with the big bulky external power supply it comes with currently in an awkward state under the seat I need to figure out a better mounting solution. Anyone else have a VT and care to share how they set it up? StopInTime?

My driver box lives with the regulator and Scorpio alarm under the seat in an unholy mess of strips and wire. Too ugly to photograph.

The area between hoop and shock needs rearsets and maybe a small hugger, in order to not be emptier than the wheel/seat area.

The exhaust will probably be sweet  waytogo

No yellow sticker, please.

Black tank latch, please.

Can't wait for the vid.  applause

Gotta say, I love the look with no dash (even though you are putting one on later). Also the matching gold gas cap and swing arm caps is a nice touch.

Good work man! I love it.

Ditch the sticker. Too many nice parts for such tomfoolery.

Interesting. What do you mean exactly, Monsta?

I will +1 Monsta for his design observation, but it's fine line between highlight and disturb.

Maybe an example could be brake lines sticking out... good with a little bling, but too much with red... unless red accents are repeated elsewhere.

Another example - I just had to find a way to hold wires away from the vertical cylinder, left side. Zip tie looked worse than a rubber strap (as used other places on the bike) even though the rubber strap is much wider.

Agreed! Decal looks shit/cheap on this polish build. Ditch it for sure...

Polish?  I thought he was American

Stopintime got exactly what I meant...  and yeah, brake lines are a perfect example.
you could say master cylinder reservoir's  and engine breathers are the same...

But I don't find reservoirs or brake lines to be unappealing to the eye. I actually wish I'd gone with the plastic pee cups. They sorta grew on me. My STM reservoirs could be an example of over doing the being on what is supposed to be a simple functional part.
