"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the air—these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

Helimot "classic motorcycle gloves" are now one c-note shipped. Black cow palm instead of 'roo-- otherwise just like their high end H20 in any color as long as it's black... they used to cost the fair price of $170ish. One caveat: they are "closeout" so there are no returns. I love the ones I got on Monday and ordered on Saturday. Helimot is just outstanding! I don't need a suit but these gloves make me want to save up for one of theirs.

AXO Primato boots and KR8 racing gloves are available super cheap from motorcyclecloseouts.
Boots:
http://www.motorcyclecloseouts.com/sport/motorcycle+boots/axo_primato+sport+boots
Gloves:
http://www.motorcyclecloseouts.com/sport/motorcycle+gloves/axo_kr8+leather+gloves
I bought one of each in red white and black, the colors match my Dainese Ducati jacket well.
This is quality Italian gear, for street rather than track probably, but for the price it can't be beat.

Just noting that ordering any Icon gear from
STG
via email or phone (not online checkout) will score you up to 20% off. Ordering through the store still gets you the discount but in the form of a store credit.

Ok guys....im selling a Mens Icon Daytona leather jacket White size medium. Bought this jacket for my GF thinking that it would fit her and it was to large and too heavy for her to really be comfortable in. This jacket has the CE approved elbow and shoulder armor and the ICON spine protector. I love this jacket...if it were my size i would wear it...but unfortunately its not :'( the jacket new is 380$ but im asking $125.00 for it....It is a used jacket but still looks very sharp
has a quilted liner that can be zipped in or out depending on the weather. Jacket is perfect for the track or aggressive street riding.... shoot me a PM if you guys are interested. I live in Thousand Oaks CA so if your in the area and want to see it then let me know!

PUMA clothing and shoes at 40% off December 2-5 - alas, it doesn't appear to include their motorcycle boots, but the coupon code does work for Ducati logo casual wear & other PUMA shoes/accessories:

Just got an update from outdoor gear discounter The Clymb that they've got the Drift 2 HD camera on sale for the next two days for $250 (retails at $369). I haven't researched these much, but it looks like a good deal on an alternative to the GoPro.
http://www.theclymb.com/brand-event/733/Drift
It's a "membership" site -- which means you give them an e-mail and get (endure?) daily e-mail pitches on outdoor gear; currently, they've got deals up from Prana, Sugoi & Drift, and I see things there from Kelty, North Face, some boutique ski/board builders, etc.
The prices seem generally good and I've bought a couple of things there; generally they've gone smoothly, one order was drastically delayed while they moved into a new warehouse... but it still made it in time for Christmas.
If you sign up through this link, I get $10 on my account if you order something
http://www.theclymb.com/invite-from/triangleforge
or you can probably just go through this link & leave me out of the picture:

I've got the red/green/white "Vintage" 750. Been pretty happy with that lid.
