Mine just split in two !

Top popped off and reed came dislodged. I assume its due in part to mileage- as is yours i'm sure. I just cracked 66k on the S2R1000 and i'm sure youre ahead of me chug

Scott @Motoservizio happened to have one (new OEM) in the shop otherwise i'd be ordering an aftermarket one which seems to be comparably priced to OEM.

I bet Nick has one...

swapping this sumpregnant dog out is far more difficult than it should be.

When I tried to turn it, the top half came off the bottom half.  Whatever was holding them together, press fit? wasn't holding very well. Probably explains why my engine was always all oily and dirty.

new one seems OK the last 2 days.

So why did you go back to the stock design? Won't you expect the same result in a few years?

well, I have 80k on an 11 year old bike, spending ~$100 compared to $20 seemed like a no-brainer.
