Maybe something should go behind this after I clean it? Weld thru primer?

If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

I may have put a few holes in it that I wasn't too proud of.

Due to proper planning, I practiced with the more visible driver's side and not the other side...or the dented to hell Falcon outside.
Pretty sure I warned you about that.

You sure did.

Probably only one of us was surprised.

Probably not the person who picks up the phone when I call with the greeting of "what'd you make the beast with two backs up now?"  [laugh]

Is that his traditional greeting when you call him?

I can picture this.

Yes.

I'd object to it but....I'm calling because I make the beast with two backsed something up.

You've seen what I can do with one of those.   ;)

I have all four doors, the hood, and the trunk as aligned as they''ll ever get. Possibly better than factory.

I successfully managed to use the Rust Mort Nate recommended to ML.

Next up, I should prime the two panels that are prime ready. Nate, you said a urethane over Rust Mort or can I get away with HOK KD3000 (which I have)?

No epoxy over a product that contains phosphoric acid. It'll fall off in sheets.

Thread jack... some spots on my carbon wheels are now without any clear paint. Must the epoxy be prepped in any soecial way before new clear?

Your wheels are likely coated with a urethane, not epoxy. Most qualified painters will know how to deal with things.
