Did you ever see the Rometsch? I've only seen one at a show in soCal. Type 1 motor, bug frame. So pretty.  |

that's a nice fastback.. loved those too.. basically, the type 3 was the best VW motor. put the coolign fan right on the crankshaft -- where it belongs.
