I've adjusted the chain plenty of times, but today I removed the wheel so I could get the tire replaced. When I put it back on, whenever I tighten the axle nuts, it binds on the wheel. Can't figure out what I did wrong. Any ideas?

Never even having seen an 821...

looking in the parts fiche I'd guess something about the alignment of the two spacers...# 31 and 32 on page 96.

Looks like the spacer that's supposed to be on the right side of the wheel was still in when I took it to have the tire replaced. Now it's not...

Ugggg. Called the shop. They have it. Problem though, is that they're the opposite direction from my work and close at 8. Gonna be a PITA to leave work, battle traffic, and get there before close.

At least I'm not ordering a new one.

How about mail? Would they be willing?

They might, but honestly, I want it back as soon as possible. I commute on the bike daily and each day I'm without it means at least an extra hour on the road plus a difference in about 25mpg...

I hear that...it'll be faster as long as you get there in time. Good luck.
