Are you getting a feel for the game?

Yes. I've figured out 'most' of the penalty calls, as well as really good plays etc.. Seems to be some gray areas from time to time. I need to sit through a game with someone that knows as much as I do about the NFL. The Swans dominated their game last night, it didn't finish till 0300 here.

Swans are a very good team. When they're on song, they are tough to beat, especially on their home ground in Sydney.
At Melbourne, on the MCG, they don't fare as well.
Sydney and Hawthorn (my team) have quite a rivalry.

With the gray areas. Yes, there are many and are quite frustrating. The rules often appear to be reinterpreted as the season goes on, and the Friday game is usually closely watched to see what rules are tightened up on for that round. Strange really.

If you ever come down under koko64 and I would be on a long list who'd be happy to sit through a few games with you.

I'd personally get you to my range also. That would be some great fun and learning right there! ðŸ'ðŸ»ðŸ'ðŸ»
