Heres one of those "Maybe I should have thought about what pics I posted things"

All I want to know is how much this guy paid? Paper tag still on the bike.

A post from today.  I emailed a couple of Q's, here's what he had to say.
(I am thinkin' 2,8-3k would be a good price, but then again I like the way it looks.
The milage isn't anything based on the year & the carb issue is nothin'.

"I am not at home at the moment, but i can email you the actual mileage when i get home. If i remember correctly it has between 21,000 and 23,000 miles. I broke my hand so i haven't been on it other than starting it in about six weeks. I have the orig title, no it is not a salvage. I bought the bike from R&S back when they sold Ducati".

I can't get to ebay whilst at work, but if it's an early GT, as I imagine it is from the title of the link, it should draw between 10k and 15k....probably toward the lower end....if it's in very good condition.

Tom Rolland, who is local, is reputed to be the foremost expert in the country with regard to round case bevel GTs.  He's volunteered to let me ride one of his GTs on several occasions.  He's the guy who makes the silver or brass buckles, too, just for reference.

If any of you wanna meet him and stare at his collection of early Ducatis, let me know and I'll arrange a visit.

Hey everyone.  Been a while.  Hope all is well with you.  Between work and school I don't have much time to play.

Anyhoo.  If any of the SBK riders (KB...HP...I'm looking at you..) are interested in a Sargent seat for their bikes, I am selling mine.  I don't ride much right now, and I would like to see it go to a good home.  It's a great seat and wicked comfy.  It's got maybe 10 hours on it, and that is being generous.

I'm selling in on CL for 275, but I can wiggle.

Let me know through a PM if you want it.  I can deliver it to you, as well.
