Reading your first post, I get an impression of,
1) You were initially interested in Motodemic headlight conversion
2) But you saw someone's bike, the same model as yours, had this headlight set up, at the shop
3) You started considering Corse Dynamics also as an option
is that correct?
You (kind of) changed mind because you saw someone already did it on the same bike?
I'm not trying to be judgemental, or showing disrespect, but, that case, it is best to pick up the one you like the most.
Because, either way, the cost:performance gain ratio is VERY poor.
(Again, I'm not trying to offend you. It's your bike, so you should customize it the way you want.
But, from purely functional point of view, if you want to see better at night, nothing beats adding auxiliary lights.)
Aux light mod can be done with a lot less money than LED headlight kit.
Also, you can see better with those "slightly yellow-ish" light that comes from incandescent light bulb, than those "trendy, super white -almost- bule-purple-light" from some of the LED and HID unit. Especially when condition gets worse, with rain and fog.
