I am glad to see any manufacturer show a new car with a manual transmission. Porches showed efficiency can be gained at highway speeds by using a transmission in their electric, why must all hibrids be auto & all elective be direct drive. |

Eh, I'm indifferent to this one. Ford pretty much had to do it to hang with Tesla and the others.
Nobody would care about an all electric Focus but an E Stang gets people talking.
Maybe in ten years we'll look back on this the same way we do the SN95 V6 mustangs and just pretend it never happened.

Agreed. Major fail calling this thing a Mustang. I have no issues with the styling (kind of like it), but the name and pony shouldn't be a part of it. |
