It was great to see everyone.

Good to see the people you know and to meet new faces.

Hope everyone makes it home safe.

Thanks to CDAWG for setting this up!

Jim

Oh and some of the new faces that are not members should join  ;D  [thumbsup]
Why do roaches always die on their back?

That because the survivors flip them over to steal their sneakers and wallets.

it's been too long, good to see you guys/gals again. i just wish i had eaten more.

Howie

Well, Klink and I saw everyone briefly :P  It only took us three hours to get there from the Bronx.  Maybe it is time for a GPS.

Absolutely AWESOME road selection CDAWG.

Had a blast - now time to order that gel seat for my CBR.

klink

Craw! That was comical...
As Howie and I pull in to 20 Front, the line to Roscoe is just on their way out.  :P

If it weren't for the nice bits [moto] in Ringwood, Wawayanda and Glenwood for the ride up, I'd be mad. Sorry we missed the hoedown folks, it would have been nice to catch up with the old farts and meet some of the new faces.

GPS? Bah! That's for sissies like goldenchild that can't find their way through a paper bag.  ;^)

Hey lady!

Got Duc

Oh yeah

Thanks for the treat to the meal.

and it would figure no rain for me on the way home. Hopefully the truck scared all the rain away for the rest of the ride as well.

Well... what to say...

First -  Clifton, thanks so much for organizing this little get together. I'm happy it happened. Was great to see some faces I knew, was great to meet some faces I didn't. T'was a bit of a shame to eat and run but our little group showed up a wee bit too late. Was also funny to see so many non Ducatis show up for the meet, I think the Ducs were less than half of all the bikes.

The post brunch ride was balls deep kind of fun but before I get into it I'd like to give a GIANT thank you to Jake for sweeping today, you made riding up front a lot easier than it would've been. Thanks to all the folks that braved the forecast and decided to go ride with us, it was a great group! We moved well and nobody crashed even though some of the roads were slick, wet and bumpy. Speaking about wet... we made it all the way north to Deposit NY before the rain hit us, and hit us it did... those rain drops HURT! Unfortunately I cut the route short because of the weather which meant we faced a short slab ride to Roscoe. Let me tell you, that 30 mile ride to the Roscoe diner was some of the most fun I've ever had on a bike yet, seriously, I loved it! I couldn't stop laughing inside my helmet!

I have no stats since I forgot to reset the trip data on my sissy gps so I don't know our exact mileage for the day. I didn't take any pics either but a bunch of folks did manage to snap some throughout the day so you all should post'em up!

IG & Chromo... in 2 weeks time we have a date with some burlyass roads, don't forget! I'll remind you again as we approach that weekend.
Mook, Uni, RJ... hope you guys made it home safe and sound and drier than when you left Roscoe.
US's... GCR this week!!

NYMMC... thanks for being a great community!!

I will have pictures posted up later today or tomorrow evening.  (I was the fat bastard with a goatee in the Usual suspects T-shirt snapping away like I know what I'm doing 8)).

I got home around 7:15 this morning.  I don't know about anyone else's mileage, but I rode 410 miles yesterday.  410 slow miles I may add.  More to come.

Big thanks to CDawg for organizing this get together!!!   [clap]
It was great seeing so many of us come out for this.   I really hope there will be a next time!

Another big thanks to GC for leading the post-brunch ride.   It was nice being able to just follow for a change.
Jake thanks for sweeping, I know that's not easy either.   [clap] [clap]

Thanks to everyone who made it out yesterday!  Fun times!  I did a quick mental math and we had over $200k in bikes outside the restaurant...  Here's some "IZ" pic to tie you over until Tommy upload his!

Here one of the 7:30am PIP group:

Big thanks go out to Clifton for organizing and Eric for the post breakfast ride.  You guys are what made all of this possible.  It was great having an NYMMC get together finally and seeing everyone despite the poor weather forecast.  It just goes to show how strong the NYMMC is.

I hope we can do this again soon and if you need help organizing please let me know what I can do.  Maybe a last meet before winter rolls in kind of thing?  Hopefully the next time will have better weather.  Howie and Mike, sorry you guys missed it, next time.

Great ride after, hope everyone made it through ok.  That rain was really painful at times.  Roscoe diner was fantastic after that downpour.  Tommy, you rode a bike you aren't familiar with for long distances in the worst of conditions on roads you have never been on in a stressful state of mind without a scratch, that is truly a testament to how far you have come as a rider.  [thumbsup]

IG and Terry you guys need to come out riding with us more.  Sorry about that close call with the truck before I split.

I only took two pics and here they are:
