So as of right now, the biggest thing I miss about using a PC is the ability with Firefox to adblock Roy Nexus's VirtualScope-esque sigline.  Is there any provision in Safari to do the same thing?

Option-Command-esc to Force Quit

some other's for screen grabs
Command-Shift-3 to Take a picture of the screen
Command-Shift-4 to Take a picture of the selection
Command-Shift-4, then press Control while selecting to Take a picture of the screen, place in Clipboard
Command-Shift-4, then Spacebar to Take a picture of the selected window

I just always click it's icon in the dock and hold the button down until the menu pops up and then click force quit
