ugh...this worries me. i was just noticing today that my speedometer needle bounces around like crazy at idle. i hope this isn't a sign of things to come. |

ugh...this worries me. i was just noticing today that my speedometer needle bounces around like crazy at idle. i hope this isn't a sign of things to come. That could be a binding speedo cable. Try unscrewing it from the back of the speedo and shooting some lube-y stuff down the tube. And Matt, if you're out of warranty, try these guys... http://www.paspeedo.com/ |

That could be a binding speedo cable. Try unscrewing it from the back of the speedo and shooting some lube-y stuff down the tube.

I fixed my gauge from doing what yours is doing. Easy fix. Stupid tabs that hold the needle servos tend to break. 6 out of 8 broke on mine. |

Can't. You just have to make due with what you think might work. Electrical tape worked for me. I'll help you out when you're ready to fix it.  |

Bought mine and on drive home needles went crazy, i have just replaced whole unit under warranty , both speedo and tachometer needles fell off, 2 year old and 2,400 miles, would have cost $ 800 lol http://ducatimonsterforum.org/index.php?topic=878.0 good page for help |
