Whether it met Federal or FCC laws for nudity, or not, makes no difference.
The rules do not reference Federal or FCC laws for nudity.

It's not one member's interpretation.

We can change the rules to say no skin other than facial, and hand, skin can be shown.

How about no pictures period?  How about no posts?  How about no board? Is that better? 

How do judges or a jury interpret written clear laws?  It is a JUDGMENT, not a binary yes no.  Why don't you guys understand this?

And what if ducpainter thinks the picture is OK, and mitt thinks it is bad, so I remove it?  Does that hurt people's feelings sooo much they insult other members and run home?

Here is a black and white suggestion - since the current rules are ambiguous to some people, those people should only post things that are not near the limit of the unclear rule, that will guaranty some margin you are not going over the line.
