You said it, brother.  I usually down about a liter and a half in my 45 minute ride.  It definitely helps.  ...and I am really loving the new Icon helmet I bought a couple of weeks ago.  It flows WAY more air than my Arai.   waytogo

I bought a new Bell a couple of months back.
It's amazing how much more air it flows!!!

-Airflow has come a long way in the last five years.
