Just had the 4th tank for the SC coated.  Got my fingers crossed...

And oh yeah, found out today that I was selected for a position on the support team to ONI.

Being faster than you thought possible…it feels good. No, screw that—it feels like shotgunning a gallon of adrenaline and chasing it with an all-night orgy aboard a burning Viking boat.

Caswell

Civilian.  I'm done with the AF near the end of May.  I've got just over two months of leave saved up, so I'll be able to start working as a civvie for those two months and double down on the pay.

Good on you!  Do you know where you'll be working?

I haven't accepted the position yet, as I haven't seen the offer.  If this one goes through, it will be at ONI HQ, which is in Suitland Maryland; just outside the beltway.  I had applied to a few other internal openings though, and I'm waiting to see what comes of those before I commit to anything.

My wife and I did the urban dare in 1:58.  Its like an amazing race, but much smaller.  Though it did confirm that we could be divorced if we did the real thing.

Haven't been bothered to diagnose it yet.

MacDuck,

talking about charging systems, is there an upgrade for the alternator? Non Ducati that is, they told me the one they had listed on the catalog is no longer in production ...

Asking since I might install some HID light on the bike
