I think it comes with a removable dB killer.
That said, it's still cool to keep the neighbors somewhat happy. As compromised as the 848 exhaust is it still no match for the stock R1100S exhaust so a person can kind of rip through Norfolk without being too much of an a-hole. On the 1100S that is.
