All the Ducati's made the 1290SDR possible!

Wouldn't you know it, the O2 eliminators and oil change filter kit that I ordered for the SD get here just after the service was done.  Rick, want to play with KTM wiring this weekend?  Wink

That's possible. The weekend is starting to get a bit thick but it looks like I'll have to be at the shop for a bit anyway.

Let's deal with it later then. I'm thinking this is going to be a pretty time intensive project, and don't want to burn any more of your Saturdays with my vehices than I aready have. Still planning on riding out to Brents for breakfast though.

No worries. The weekend after Christmas should be just fine. I don't mind doing lots of work, not ever. The after work ride and beers always seem better then.

Oh...  I wouldn't know anything about those bikes.  Wink

That's actually a screaming deal on that bike assuming it has been taken care of and has not been down.  Thousand less than I got for mine, and with fewer miles on it.  Not to mention, the PitBull stand is stupid nice!

Took a look at the bike today and well...the bike looks solid but there were things that needed to be fixed...the bike was dropped and the brake lever was slightly bent (no other damage), the fender eliminator was broken, and the wiring looked a mess...but other than that not bad...

Brent's this morning, installed the Ex-box this afternoon. Decided not to use the header paint on it. Sounds great!

COOL!  Can't wait to see/hear it.  I would have offered to give you a hand if I had known you were going to fit it today.

Overall, the install went pretty smoothly, since I had to invent my own instructions. all the included literature was in italian, and I lack the translation skills. Easy R&R overall. only had to get frustrated once. Working in flip flops = bad idea. stepped on my 6mm hex socket and it went right through my shoe. Missed my foot barely. Need to take off the suppressor in the upper hole.

Being that I just got out of bed and that all the roads over here are shiny wet I'm going to pass on riding this morning. Hungover wuss that I am.
