Morning.

Sorry about the news, Nate.

Thanks,  Dave.

She's always done it her way, and we have so many memories. Might curl your hair if I shared it all. I won't do that. Some things need to be personal.

160lb. BlueFin Tuna Cutting show Sep. 14th. Sat. San Jose, CA

Uncut, unedited footage of 160lb. Blue fin tuna cutting show.

[NOTE] I AM NOT THE ONE WHO’S DOING THE CUTTING.

It’s a little too long, and audio, lighting, etc were far from the perfect.
However, this (kind of) POV footage is very rate, so I decided to post this uncut version.
I will make “edited, more entertaining version”, later, in my day off.

I was at this event yesterday, from 11AM to 12:30AM, pretty much non stop.
Helping cutting demo, making nigiri and sashimi for over 300 guests.
I will also show you my “BIG catering event load out”, as well as “Tuna cutting knives before and after”.
(All the knives used in the demo / show were mine.)

Goodness.

A lot of highs and lows these past few pages.

Lots of light and love to the families and friends in need of better/manageable health and jobs.  Safe moto'ing Steve and Soul Mate!

And how fun having the best pet ever, Nate. They bring so much joy!   waytogo  Smiley

Wrapping up a few window paint projects. Hanging new blinds soon but procrastination on something I've never done comes first.

Over 'n out for now.

Three acts?  I feel like I've lived so many lives, lived in different compartments, that in my mid-sixties I cannot fathom how I've fitted all of them into just 6.5 decades.  If it ends now, I really have zero grounds for complaint.   Cool

What a lucky old bastard I am.

And on it goes, currently riding a motorcycle in the French and Spanish mountains with my soulmate.

What a lucky old bastard I am.

Sounds great! Enjoy!!

Also: good morning

One of the quests said that life was in 3 acts.  0 to 30, 30 to 60, and 60 +.

Afternoon!

Patiently waiting for wine to be delivered (2-6p window  Roll Eyes )

Hopefully on the front end so I can continue training on the art/graffiti tours.  I dig it so far.  Learning about the meanings behind some of the pieces and backstories of the artists is pretty cool.
