I can't find Saranac on the West coast. I like it, too.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

What's wrong with the bottled Guiness? That's what I drink here....

Nothing really.  But I prefer my Guiness poured properly out of a nitrogen pressured keg.

However, the closest thing you can get to that off the shelf is the cans.  The cans are designed to be poured into a pint glass immediately after opening because the ball in them releases the gas (whatever it is) very quickly and continuously, which gives a nice frothy head when poured into a glass.

The bottles, however, are designed to be drank from the bottle and are NOT designed to be poured into a glass at all.  The widget in the bottles only release their gas when inverted, which supposedly makes each drink you take from the bottle taste/feel like a nicely poured Guiness from the tap.

Somewhere (in a cupboard here) I have a giant inflatable UDL can I stole from a promotion at a bar. It's about 5 feet tall and properly in propotion for a can.

I had a mate make a diversion for the bouncers, let the can down, grabbed it and walked out of there at a brisk pace.

Pumpkin ale is a New England specialty.  Back in colonial days pumpkin would be added to the mash when there was a shortage of barley malt.  It has spread through the country along with the popularity of micro brews.  You can find other pumpkin ales here:

I see no vodka in that picture.
