Not sure why, but this cracks me up...

Finally, Max Biaggi is set to test with Ducati this week at Mugello, what’s your view on that?

LC: “It makes me smile that he is doing that, but I’m happy for him. Let’s see what he can to do in a couple of days, it will not be easy, he is starting to get a bit old!”

Max is just going to give them a second opinion.

Ben has a 2 year contract and those are generally air tight. He will be racing on a Duc next year even if they simply take an 1199 and paint it in Pramac colors and leave him racing for last with the rest of the CRTs.

He might have better results on a SBK.

Max is just shy of 2 years older than Loris, so he's just giving Max a hard time.

Yeah...

I know that.

I should have used a smiley.

I know exactly why it cracks me up...

someone born in '73 calling someone born in '71...

old. Wink

Ahhh... what have I been saying for weeks! He needs to drop back and punt and go to WSBK... even if it's on a Duc. Wink

I think Nate is kind of referring to the fact that both LC & Biaggi are still young enough that they could be our sons and yet one is referring to the other as old.  They don't know old yet.   Grin

May be back in the saddle for Indy.
Or may not.

let's remember that ben is pretty close to stoner, so he likely knows first hand casey's experiences with not handling his illness break from GP very well.  ben is over-communicating, the way he needs to.

i suspect that shoulder is cooked.   Cry

Yeah, I just read that on sbkplanet's website. Some injuries can be horrible to overcome even though they don't sound that bad to regular folks. Seemingly boring injuries can be career enders if you force it back into action too soon and end up re-hurting it. I can think of Neil Hodgson as one rider in that boat. It happens to lots of athletes in lots of sports. Just caused by living.
