OK, so just because we ride Ducati's doesn't mean that other bikes can't have some appeal. I've always been a fan of the talent that comes together at Orange Country Choppers to build the bikes that they present. I mean, it takes some serious skill (and a boat load of money) to bring the concepts that they start with to fruition.

Well anyway, here's thier newest creation in commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the B2 Spirit Bomber:

Thoughts?

I wish I couldn't see it.

If you're gonna put "spiriti of innovation" on the side, you might wanna use a different brand of motor...

Le Pirate

I'll be completely honest here.

I'm not just bashing them because they are a different type of bike....but I have yet to see anything come from them that I would consider to be appealing. I think their bikes are over the top hideous.

I've seen choppers that I thought were cool, but not one of them has rolled off the shop floor of OCC. I truthfully don't know how they stay in business.

Got Duc

Why do roaches always die on their back?

That because the survivors flip them over to steal their sneakers and wallets.

ROBsS4R

That is just wrong  :-X

I really don't get the motorcycles they make  ???

and its not about the whole cruiser vs sports bike thing. I actually like cruisers  [thumbsup]

TV, merchandising, the off-the-shelf bikes they sell.

I like Sr's old school stuff.

:edit:
another blinged up 'theme' bike, but I do think it's pretty:

Fresh Pants

I think their builds generally lack sophistication which often makes them looks sort of, cheap. Like a toy manufacturer desgined the bike (in a toy scale), and magnified it to real-life size. I don't think some of the ideas translate well to the final product. It's a bit of a one-liner, you see it, you get it. But it doesn't offer much of anything else.

Usually, there is at least one thing that you can find appealing their bikes.  This has NOTHING!!

I'm actually offended by it!   >:(
2018 Scrambler 800 "Argento"
2010 Monster 1100 "Niro"
2003 Monster 620 "Scuro"

Wow, I'm amazed at all the negative responses. I've never seen any other shop build bikes as unique as the ones that they make. There's only so many ways that you can paint a tank on a chopper or only so many degrees that you can rake out the forks on a bike. These bikes are an expression of creativity; not ones that you'd see roll up next to you at a stop light. As many people who post up on here for the projects that they're working on, you'd think some people would appreciate the work that goes into something like this.  :-\

I appreciate the craft manship of there projects but find the designs tacky and not very tasteful. All of there stuff is quality and I think most people can acknowledge that but honestly the final product is just ridiculous and not very functional.

Triple J

That bike is horrible.  [puke]

I've seen a couple OCC bikes that I liked...but in general, the theme bikes suck.

My opinion of course.

OverCaffeinated

This one is just  [puke]

I'm not saying all there stuff is this ugly, but you gotta understand what they do. They get parts off the shelf, then makes some parts that resemble somthing completely non moto related, then weld them all to a frame. Bam, a rolling billboard. Like teddy said.

Isn't that the point? They are "show" bikes, not weekend warrior bikes. It's like going to a concept car show and saying that the cars all suck because thier designes are to radical and non functional.

Case in point:
