Choppers are not my thing, but I can appreciate good looks, and that thing got hit with the ugly stick.

Now these on the other hand   [thumbsup]

That Nice Guy Beck!

NAKID

Dave, seriously. Have you watched the show? Those guys are hacks. They have some decent talent working there, but nobody who makes any decisions...

...I've always been a fan of the talent that comes together at Orange Country Choppers to build the bikes that they present...

Not trying to be a d*ick, but are you serious?  Sure the bike looks good, but ever few show they use a mallot to jam parts together because of poor tolerance and engineering.  I think the make good looking bikes, but those bikes are not meant to be ridden or for lasting long...

As someone who has screwed together a few bikes...  Don't like it.  A Chopper (bobber, old-school rigid, what have you) can be put together 1000000 ways but it's the overall vision that a builder needs to have from the get-go that makes all the difference.

That, and listening to the bike and what IT wants.  Yes...you read right, I listen to what the bike wants which sometimes differs from what I want to do but is yet to be wrong for the overall build.

OCC bikes?  Don't do it for me.
98% of all "Custom HD builders"?  Also, don't do it for me.
Jesse James?  Hell yeah, I'm a fan...

I actually watch the show to get some laughs [laugh] [laugh] [laugh] [laugh] [laugh]

I don't usually respond to these type of threads but... [puke] [puke] That bike in the first post is a joke and a waste of money. Does anyone remember the Oscar Mayer promotion vehicle that was a giant rolling hotdog? Great for selling wieners, but also good for a laugh.
