Congrats on the resignation and subsequent, entertaining conversation with the manager, Zilbert.   waytogo


I contracted with an ad agency a few years ago.  The only full time designer gave 2 weeks notice and the owner, who knew she'd be in a bind, told him that the two weeks notice was illegal.

Designer guy and I got a lot of laughs out of that one.   Grin

Being an alien, I'm not familiar with "at will".  So its kinda like a contractual "casual" arrangement "here are the terms, but either of us can pull the pin at any time no questions asked"?
