Hmm...  I'll look into that.  I've got plenty of rice, might hit the grocery store for some red beans & sausage to make some real cajun bits.  Thanks for the suggestion!

Scalloped tomatoes? 
6 or 7 tomatoes peeled and seeded, cut into big chunks
1 onion chopped
salt, pepper, 2 teaspoons sugar,
4 slices of white bread cut into cubes
butter, about 6 tablespoons total


Oven at 375:
Bake the bread with melted butter drizzled over until brown
Mix tomatoes, onions, spices, taste  and place in buttered baking dish
Mix in bread, drizzel more butter!

Cover with parchment paper and foil- bake for 35 minutes, uncover and bake 10 more.

Yum  YUM

Around the Seattle Center gas is over $4.00.  The tourist do go look for cheaper gas, they want close gas.
