Started putting out feelers for myself and have a couple leads.

Got a call from one place that was very interested, but didn't have a position for me.  Was very helpful and was going to talk to his boss about possibly creating a position for me.  

Still waiting to hear about the position in Erie.

We will know by the end of the week.  

Both B and I have colds.   :P

We babysat the grand daughters last Thursday night.  Coincidence?

afternoon all . . .

morning all . . .

feeling better, think it was the damping I got on Saturday with the rain on me way home . . . sweating and suddenly getting wet with cold water and sweating at the same time will do it . . . spent the day at home laying around and drinking lots of water . . . some ibuprofen and feeling better already

I am at the point of wanting to crate my engine and send it to someone to have it "rebuilt" with same displacement or a little more but, better . . .

Evening.  New patio table assembled.  Waiting on the chairs, should be a week.

Planning on riding C's Hawk to work the rest of the week now that the table is assembled and on the back porch instead of in the garage.

Sorry you and B are sick DD.  Happens every time I visit the extended family with C (LOTS of kids and LOTS of parents not willing to miss a gathering just because they don't feel well...  Ask me how I know...)  Hope the housing and job work out though!  

If the right opportunity came along, I might consider a switch.  There are good things about education, but continued issues with testing and benchmarks that don't make sense take the joy away.  I still enjoy driving a school bus though.  

Carlos - I know what you mean!  I wish I had the money to send my Datsuns L28 with carbs for a full rebuild and tune.  That could be awesome.
