Local folk festival is coming up.  I got a group from Trinidad this year.  They're bringing  steel drums.  Should be a good festival.

lunch was ordered, fridge has everything frozen in the refrigerator side of the thing . . freezer is working normally . ..  I hate having to thaw meat that was ready to cook . . .

Combination Chow Mein, Combination fried rice and a side of smoked/braised pork loin for me; for the wife, Pork Chop Suey and boiled white rice . . . Green Tea w/lemon+honey to drink
