Beautiful pics Carlos. What's the population of Panama?

You know of course I could Google it and all, but it's nice hearing the info from the perspective of a local.

what the...? how is it my APM has been over 50 every game today?

I'm not this fast O_o

Well, it has finally cooled off here in Seattle. Just now under 80 out. Going to try and sleep. The fan is too loud and I have to have at least a sheet on me. Makes it hard to rest in the heat. The forecast is for high temps above 90 for at least the next five days!

Feels like 6 is a little chilly for a ride Gk...
But could be worse. (Could be NH in winter)  [thumbsup]

In the end I left around 11, and it was 13-14 degrees. My new RST Titanium Outlast jacket worked quite well. Just two thermal tops underneath and I was comfy enough. A ride to Yea would have required a third layer though.

A good ride.

I agree that the NH would be shocking in winter. Thank God we're down under!

Hi Carlos.

When I was out riding today, it hit me that Melbourne has a higher population than Panama.

We're 500,000 smaller than Sydney, but will catch them before too long. In fact, projections have Melbourne's population is expected to hit 7.7 million in the next 40 years. HUGE.

I've been pondering if my Mrs and I should head to regional Victoria when the kids leave home, which I reckon would be 10-15 years.

Evening all.

I went for a ride tonight!  [Dolph]
Although it was cold, gloomy and wet, it was great to get out there. The bike ran smoothly and I got out for half an hour before it got too wet. I bedded in my new discs too while I was at it. I could steer the bike no problem, I actually oversteered a bit until I adjusted. The hardest part was peering through the gloom and drizzle.

I will get out again tomorrow, but it will be awhile before I'm strong and confident enough to go track riding.

Well done bro.   [beer]

Not the ideal weather for a ride bro, but I'm glad everything's working as it should.  [thumbsup]

On my ride today, I pulled over the check the directions on the phone, and the bike's idle was struggling. I had taken a little screwdriver with me, so I quickly adjusted the idle screws out a 1/4 of a turn. Bike's idle picked up nicely.  [Dolph]

On the ride home it displayed a hint of hanging, but I'm used to it and prefer that to the idle not being strong and sometimes cutting out on rapid stops, or when sitting at the lights.

I didn't realise the race was on at 9:30, I figured much later. Well, there goes the extra hour of preparation for work tomorrow. I'll get up earlier and do it then.
