Good luck with the tile!  I did the shower when we remodeled the front bath.  It actually looks ok, hope yours looks good!

Well you would have more money if you bought the stuff from LG & Maytag like the rest of us domestics instead of the Wolf Ranges and Subzero ice boxes.  ;D

Maytag aint cheap to buy.  But it is cheap to own.  Our Maytag washing machine made my wallet cry the day I paid for it.... but it's been and continues to be great value.

Miele dishwasher, ditto.

We did Whirlpool Gold appliances when we remodeled the kitchen.  So far they're been great.  I've never owned a Maytag though, can't comment on them.  I've also had good luck with GE.

Looked hard at the Miele DW...went for a Bosch...as well as the range....dual fuel

Maytag fridge...LG over range micro

Frigidaire washer/dryer

I like the LG stuff so far. Ive had different things around here none have been too awful.

LG makes most of the microwave ovens on the market. I bought this one based on the vent area and blower size. It just made sense.

Most of the appliances are made by a few conglomerate companies and branded differently.

The new Bosch DW have all of the features of the Miele but are many hundreds less.
