learning algebra is like going to visit your crazy uncle who lives in a town where all the streets are named after its founder...mr ab-+xy. no matter who you ask directions from, two turns later, you're lost. and even if you find his house, you're eally not to thrilled to be there.

I was very consistent in Algebra.  9th grade Algebra 1?  C.  11th grade Algebra 2?  C.  College Algebra?  C. 

Geometry though...  Sat in the back of class, goofed off, did my homework right before the bell rang to start class and such.  Straight As.

6:03 AM and not a sound from the pesky cats from over/down the road. They've been very noisy at all hour of late, so here I am, modified Nerf Gun at the ready.

Normally such things would be of no real concern, except, they're making the noise on my property, often right outside our bedroom window.

No hose close enough for that, but I know a few blasts with the H2o would be very helpful.

I'm hoping a few blasts with the Nerf Gun will have the same effect. They're not strays, so I just  want to deter them from meeting at my place.   If they were strays, then I'd ring the council for a free cat trap. Alas, they are not.

Hmmm, I might try that next, if the Nerf Gun doesn't work. I could keep a number made up in a bucket by the front and back doors.

You know though, the Nerf Gun will certainly make a heap of noise. Also, a dude raising a gun (albeit an obviously fake gun) might (probably will) raise the ire of passers by. Poor kitty cats, bad white, angry man! Our culture is so gun averse. Here, cats have quite a lot of protection rights, probably moreso in our city than children.

Also, we are also so urbanised, that we have largely failed to recognise the immense damage that cats do to our native environment.

I know from experience.  Nerf guns = play time for cats. I tried to train them with a Nerf gun.  Needless to say, I went with the water bottle method

home from work... seems I got myself mixed up in a very interesting project for several very important people.

not sure how I feel about it, but I won't have the time to worry.  It felt really weird having to be all nice-like, shaking hands and meeting folk
