Its kind of like mixing Bondo or Fiberglass, Only you mix it with water and a shovel or use one of those rented Mixers. Just add enough water so that everything is saturated but not too runny. Mixing is the easy part. I recommend having someone over who has worked with concrete until you get the hang of it. its not too difficult but if you don't do it right, you're stuck with the result.

Pickup had to go to the shop. Front caliper hung up enough to start smoking. Beat the piss out of it with a 2 pounder to free it up enough to limp it up there. At least the caliper is cheap.

An important meeting was cancelled.

I tried to order a tv and the website wouldn't complete the order because it couldn't calculate the non existent sales tax in NH. They want me to call. Maybe I'll buy a different brand and then call to tell them they suck. How good can their product be if they can't manage a simple web form?

On the upside...

I did build a drilling jig for the cabinet pulls.

Been there.  Downtown Atlanta, kept smelling hot brakes.  Yup, it was my truck.  I pulled into a grass median on a 4-lane highway and used the tools I had to back off the caliper piston and it lasted the rest of the weekend.  I replaced both calipers when I got back home.
