Eldest gets home from her first school camp today and youngest is at school and i'm on nights but i'm sure I can here the mower calling my name! Spring has sprung and so has the lawn!

You still looking at building?  I recall a mention of modular at some point.

We are doing a modular, so it's kinda half-building I suppose.  Either way, we'll be right on nearly 100 acres for us to use for veggies, livestock, leasing to area farmers that need space to grow crops or graze livestock.  We figure we can negotiate part of the leasing in livestock or butcher shares for fresh and local meats.
