Thanks.  It will need a good cleaning and I will have to research storage options to cover for the lack of closets. There is one.  :-\  [laugh] 

It will be good to finally get out of the condo and move on with my life.

Morning!  Sounds good Mary!  I'm sure you will find a viable solution for storage.

So far we're looking to still be under budget for the new place.  If I'm lucky, I'll get nearly double the garage space when it's all said and done.

Most certainly!  Hopefully it'll be 24' x 36' so I can have plenty of room for cars AND some workshop space.

For sure! If you like cars, bikes and tinkering, workshop space is very important.

I've got my Monster 750 and a Suzuki TS185.  There's also my wife's Honda Hawk 650, but she's never seen any road time with it.  I take it out quite a bit through.
