Good that your co-workers were aware enough and close enough to catch you.
Long ago had a GF that was maybe 100 lbs do that, I knew she wasn't doing well, so had a bit of fair warning and it was still maximum effort to keep her off the pavement.

She has some inflammation on the inside of her chest for some reason causing the pain but thats all.

It would have been foolish not to have it checked out. Her welfare was Priority.

Been here 7 hours. Still was able to take care of 3 Business items.
