She has been guilting me something serious as of late.

If I actually felt good currently, I'd be drinking until I felt bad.

other than getting sick on a sick day how you been other than working too much?

Missed Paula a lot.


In good news I've taken up working out again-been running three times a week for a month now. Soon I'll add in a weight work out-this has been much helping the pain in my shoulders.


I might be able to throw a leg over again  :)
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

I'm riding tomorrow.

I have a set of tires that need wearing out before it gets too cold.
